JM finishing carpentry is owned and operated by Justin MacDonald. Justin was
trained and schooled in England. A few years ago Justin decided to follow a
life long passion and formally re-train and qualify as a skilled carpenter
having spent ten years in civil engineering and several years thereafter in
sales and marketing. After completing an intensive training program at
Salisbury College to gain all the skills required to perform as a qualified
carpenter Justin was asked to stay on at the college to assist in teaching
first year carpentry to students within the construction class, as well as
bench / shop joinery class.
After moving to Canada in 2006, Justin worked for a local construction
company and soon, started his own framing business “Treadwell construction”.
This business quickly grew and Justin further branched out to form JM
Finishing Carpentry a licensed and insured company. With a vision to bring
skill and excellence to an area which is in desperate need of craftsman, JM
Finishing Carpentry has successfully continued to flourish in an
ever-changing market place, offering an all round package of quality
workmanship, professionalism and affordability.
JM finishing carpentry undertakes most forms of carpentry and is happy to
assist in the development / decision making process with each client in
order to fully satisfy their needs.
